Improvement! That’s what Web Excellence stands for. Communication executives from large corporations are required to systematically verify the effectiveness and monetary value of their activities. At the same time, they must satisfy the growing demands of investors, customers, journalists and employees. In the Web Excellence Forum, communication managers from leading companies establish methods for the optimisation of digital corporate communication.
Since the beginning of 2004, they have been collaborating to develop methods and instruments to specifically establish and propagate a recognised industry standard in quality management.
Up until now, controlling methods for digital corporate communication that satisfied the demands of the management were nonexistent. Following the example of the balanced scorecard method, WebXF provides for the first time a standardised business concept for the evaluation of Internet-supported corporate communication: the WebQM method.
